    Do we accept returns?

    Yes, we do! Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the original order date. If 30 days have gone by since the original order date then, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We charge a 15% restocking fee for items returned and it will be deducted from the item's total upon refund.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Absolutely. You have the opportunity to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it free of charge. After 24 hours you will be charged a $15 restocking fee for the immediate cancellation. After your order has shipped, we cannot cancel your order and you will need to fill out our RETURNS FORM and send your product back.


    What is the warranty on Starry Night Halos?

    We supply a one-year limited warranty on all regular priced items and sale items for manufacturer defects or failures. The warranty does not cover items that been modified, (cut wires, painted halos, or using other controllers not supplied by Starry Night Halos), damage due to installation error (connecting the halos incorrectly, water damage, mounting controllers outside of the vehicle). Please mount all controllers inside of your vehicle or we will not cover them under warranty. If you are unsure how to install our products, please contact us at info@starrynighthalos.com and we can refer you to an authorized installer. Any items purchased in the Closeout section are sold as-is and do not have any sort of warranty.

    If you have parts that need to be replaced under warranty, please send a video of your issue you're having and a video of how you have the product connected to help@starrynighthalos.com. Once we review your e-mail, we will decide the best course of action to take and if and where you will send your items back for a replacement.

    Do you offer any other shipping options?

    If your items are not back ordered and are needing to be rushed, we can offer expedited shipping for $40 for U.S orders. Please e-mail us at help@starrynighthalos.com with your order number if you need to upgrade your order to expedited shipping. 


    Who pays for the shipping on returns?

    The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


    Can Starry Night Halos chasing product change to a single solid color?

    Of course! Our chasing product is controlled by either the RF controller or Bluetooth controller. The RF controller has the option of 4 solid colors being Red, Green, Blue, and White. The Bluetooth controller has an entire color wheel of solid colors to choose from. 


    Are Starry Night Halos legal?

    Yes! Starry Night Halos has a White color option on both the RF and Bluetooth controller to keep you legal while daily driving. Refer to your state's laws about what colors are legal to have on in the front of your vehicle. In most states, red and blue are illegal to have on while driving. Any of the show modes will also be illegal to have on during driving. While you are parked, feel free to change your Starry Night Halos product to any color or chasing pattern you'd want!


    Can I control my chasing halos and RGBW demon eyes together?

    Since the chasing halos and strips are a different LED type than the RGBW Demon eyes, they can not be controlled together. The RGBW demon eyes will need to be controlled by the RGBW Demon Eyes Bluetooth Controller and does not require a Plug and Play Harness. The halos and led strips, however, do need a plug and play harness to be powered correctly.


    Why don't my halos or LED strips change to a solid color?

    This is most likely because you have ordered a product that is not compatible with the controller you ordered. The RGB + Chasing halos and led strips are not compatible with the RGBW + Chasing or RGBA + Chasing controllers and vice-versa. If you have RGB + Chasing halos and purchase RGBW + Chasing LED strips, they will not work properly together. The same goes for RGB + Chasing and RGBA + Chasing products. RGBW + Chasing and RGBA + Chasing products are compatible with each other, but the RGBA + Chasing products have a different Plug and Play Harness than the RGBW + Chasing products. It is best to purchase the same style halos and LED strips to avoid having any issues.


    Why are my chasing halos or LED strips only lighting up with 3-4 green LEDs? 

    This is a result of connecting your products up incorrectly. The reason this happens is usually that the halos or led strips were fed 12 volts and instantly fried then. Our chasing products are 5v and require a plug and play harness to be properly powered. If you order the Bluetooth controller, DO NOT add extra power and ground wires to the end of your Bluetooth controller. The controller will get its power through the Plug and Play Harness.


    I ordered halos but I only received 2 rings in my package, why?

    If you do not select a controller from the drop-down list, your order will not come with a Plug and Play Harness or controller. Please be sure to read our product descriptions properly. If you are confused on how to order, give us an e-mail at help@starrynighthalos.com
