Do We Accept Returns?

Starry Night Halos does accept returns! Returns must be sent back within 30 days upon delivery. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your item then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We charge a 15% restocking fee for items returned and it will be deducted from the item's total upon refund.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Absolutely. You have the opportunity to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it FREE of charge. After 24 hours you will be charged a restocking fee of $15.00 for the immediate cancellation. After your order has shipped, we cannot cancel your order and you will need to fill out our Return/Exchange Form and send your item back.

Where Is My Refund?

Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be returned. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@starrynighthalos.com

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We work as fast as humanly possible to get all orders out. Sometimes it may take 3-5 business days to process orders and then we ship out. Once we have shipped the item, you will receive an update via e-mail with a tracking number.

Is there a warranty for your products?

Yes! We supply a one year limited warranty on our halo rings for manufacturer defects or failures. The warranty does not cover items that been modified, (IE cut wires, painted halos, or using other controllers not supplied by Starry Night Halos), or installation error (such as water damage or melting wires from engine bay heat, PLEASE mount all controllers inside of your vehicle or we will not cover them under warranty). If you are unsure how to install our products, please contact a professional retrofitter. Any items sold during sale or in the sale/closeout section is not covered under warranty and sold as-is.

If you need to get parts replaced under warranty, please take pictures of where you have your wires mounted and send them to info@starrynighthalos.com. Also fill out and include our Return/Exchange Form and send along with your items to:

Do you offer any other shipping options?

At this time we do not offer any expedited shipping options.

Who Pays For The Shipping On Returns?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Can I change my Starry Night Halo to a solid color?

Of course! Our halos come with an RF controller that has solid colors of Red, Green, Blue, and White. Starry Night Halos also have over 299+ chasing patterns modes to use for show mode. For more information about the RF remote, please visit the RF remote usages page HERE!

Are Starry Night Halos legal?

Our halos have a white option on the RF remote to use for daily driving to keep you legal while still enjoying a clean look on your car or truck. Please do not drive around with the show modes on as it is not legal in most states to have flashing blue, red, or even green lights on the front of your car.

Do you guys offer sponsorship?

Being a small company trying to compete in such a large market, we cannot offer sponsorships at this time. We believe our prices are very reasonable and competitive compared to the larger companies out there.
